At the invitation of the National Council of Evangelicals of France (CNEF), I had the opportunity today to present some results from the IFOP survey on French Protestants (December 2024).
We note in particular that Evangelicals keep reading the Bible much more than other Protestants.
However, over fifteen years, comparing the figures with previous surveys, the practice of Bible reading has declined significantly within Evangelical ranks. In 2010, 74% of French Evangelicals read the Bible weekly; today, this figure is only 39% (IFOP 2024).
